Our Leadership Team
Troy T. Benton – Owner & President
Goldsboro, NC native Troy Benton originally moved to the Triangle to attend UNC-Chapel Hill in 1997. Over the following years, his military and IT careers took him from Arizona to New York City and even to Afghanistan, where he was deployed with the North Carolina National Guard for 9 months in 2008. When Troy returned to the Triangle, he decided to start Benton Technology Solutions. Applying the business and IT expertise he had developed through his prior experiences, Troy has enabled his clients to grow and adapt, leading to happy customers and new referrals over the years.
Adam Williams – Vice President
Adam, a Raleigh native, joined Benton Tech as its first employee in 2011. With a background in both engineering and IT, he has established himself as a versatile professional. Adam is constantly seeking ways to enhance his expertise and leadership abilities, having earned numerous certifications. In his personal life, Adam and his wife Alexandra recently welcomed their son Ashton. When not immersed in technology, Adam enjoys disc golf, gaming, and exploring local parks.
